Analysis
My favorite part, analysis is about learning from your audience before you seek to instruct them. Culture, records, and motivations all figured into my analysis as a teacher.
Design
Design follows organically from analysis. As each variable becomes known, the design of my lessons and unit plans changed to reflect learners’ realities.
Development
Development is where plans take shape. From carefully chosen texts to multimedia lessons, my development made the moment.
Implementation
Implementation is where the rubber meets the road. From in-person sessions to online presentations, from peer-to-peer lessons to video explanations, I have implemented them all.
Evaluation
Evaluation flows from analysis though it comes at the end. My analysis and design always determined the evaluation to ensure meaningful data. This is where tomorrow’s analysis begins.
